Canada's Hottest Innovative Companies - Now Open

The Canadian Innovation Exchange presents the third annual search for the hottest technology-based products, services and companies in ICT, Cleantech and Digital Media.  

Each year, 100’s of the most innovative ICT, Cleantech and Digital Media companies in Canada enter Canada's Hottest Innovative Companies competition. Finalists are then invited to present their product or service at CIX in front of a live panel of Canadian and US investors, executives, delegates and industry peers. Three finalists in each category are chosen and a vote is conducted for the title of Canada’s Innovation Leader.

Canada's Hottest Innovative Companies is open to all Canadian companies who consider themselves, their product, technology or service to be innovative in the fields of:

  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
  • Cleantech
  • Digital Media

CIX 2010 - The Future of Canadian Innovation

The 2010 Canadian Innovation Exchange (CIX) is a must-attend conference for over 400 of the principal players in the innovation economy. 2009 CIX Innovation Leader

 

 

CognoVision was announced as Canada's 2009 Innovation Leader during CIX, which took place December 2, 2009. Chosen by industry peers, CognoVision was one of 20 companies carefully selected from coast-to-coast to represent the country’s most cutting-edge technology entrepreneurs and companies. Each of the Top 20 presented their innovative ideas in front of the CIX audience during specific heats, and throughout the day delegates voted via SMS for the company they felt deserved the title of "Canada's Technology Innovation Leader".

CognoVision  was commercially launched in 2008 to help companies measure the effectiveness of in-store media and shopper behavior in retail environments.
