Nick Monardo is a Growth Manager at VanHack, a tech-enabled recruiting platform connecting
innovative companies with global tech talent. Launched in 2015, VanHack quickly transitioned
from being an ed-tech company, to leveraging the Global Talent Stream Visa program that
enables Canadian tech firms to hire and relocate talent from abroad.

Touting a 400,000+ global tech community, with over 1800 hires made, VanHack has a proven
track record of helping tech start-ups and scale-ups hire remote teams or relocate candidates to
Canada.

As a remote hiring evangelist, Nick believes the future of work is borderless and inclusive. He is
deeply committed to educating companies on the value of tapping into new global talent pools
and hiring remote tech talent to scale teams effectively.

Outside of VanHack, Nick is often found sneaking off to play tennis during his lunch break. He is
an avid Canadian soccer fan and Toronto FC season ticket holder, and is forever catching up on
sleep thanks to his newborn daughter, Chiara.
