Orest has over 10 years of technology investment banking experience and has completed over $50bn of transactions across M&A, debt, and equity capital markets.  During his career, Orest has worked across the US and Europe and his client roster spans various technology sub-verticals including vertical software, enterprise software, IT services, and semiconductors.  Orest currently leads BMO’s Industrial Software business globally, acting as a trusted advisor to some of BMO’s largest corporate, private equity, and venture capital clients.  

Prior to his investment banking career, Orest spent six years with IBM.  Orest holds an MBA (with Honors) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and received his Bachelors in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.
