Inara Lalani is the Co-Founder & COO at FemTherapeutics - a medical device company focused on personalizing medicine for women. She holds a BCom. from McGill University with a Major in Information Systems, Entrepreneurship and Surgical Innovation, and is a certified board governance leader. At 19, she founded FemTherapeutics to offer a novel solution to the management of Pelvic Floor Disorders after experiencing the gender health innovation gap. Leveraging AI and 3D Printing, FemTherapeutics is developing the world's first customizable gynaecological prosthetic. Prior to this, she worked in technology consulting at Ernst & Young focusing on business development and transformation, product management, and data strategy/analytics.
