Sue Britton is CEO and Founder of FinTech Growth Syndicate (FGS). FGS is a corporate innovation accelerator that works with traditional or incumbent organizations to help them research and develop new product innovations.

Sue started FGS after a successful 25 year innovation corporate career, and is a first time and successful entrepreneur and founder. She spent her career in roles within Financial Technology and Financial Services, and is on a mission to have FGS “help innovators succeed” with market intelligence, innovation strategy and execution.

Sue’s passion for innovation was a product of her time at Four Seasons Hotels, and specifically the “Golden Rule” of treating others as you would like to be treated. Customer feedback and design was infused into each senior leadership role at Four Seasons, Xerox Global Services, Symcor, Broadridge, Pareto, and Finastra.
