Refund Policies
A 50% refund on a regular, full registration is available upon special request up to 30 days prior to the event. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to registration@achillesmedia.com for review. There will be no full refunds.

Refunds are not available for Special Promotional or Discounted Rates, Early Bird Rates (regular or Independent Producers) or for the Independent Producer rates.

Tickets to the awards show are non-refundable.
