1. I have not received a confirmation letter, what should I do?

It may take several days to process your registration but if you registered more than 5 days ago, please contact us by email at register(at)achillesmedia(dot)com.

2. I've registered for CIX, and can no longer attend. Can I send someone else in my place?

This depends on the type of registration you purchased. Check the Transfer Policy.

3. I've registered for CIX, and can no longer attend. Can I get a refund and how?

It depends on your registration type. Check the Refund Policy.

4. Can I purchase a registration on-site?

Yes, full and daily registrations are available on-site from the registration desk located in the lobby of the Carlu.

5. Can I bring a guest to a social event?

Full registrations include access to all official social events. No additional tickets are available. Daily registrations include access to the social event for the day for which you are registered. No additional tickets are available.

6. What do I wear to social events?

Business attire unless otherwise specified.

7. Do I need to bring my badge to social events?

All delegates must wear their badge to all social events, or entry will be denied. Social events are reserved for registered delegates only.

8. I need to change or cancel my hotel dates. How do I do this?

Please contact your hotel directly.

9. What is the 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax)?

Canada imposes a 5% tax on all goods and services purchased in Canada.

10. I'm thinking of bringing my family. What activities are there to do in Toronto?

11. What clothes should I pack?

Lake Ontario serves to moderate Toronto's weather, making its climate one of the mildest in Canada. For all of that, April will be chilly with an average low of 2.2oC (36oF) and a high of 11oC (53oF).
