Applicants must meet the following requirements: 

Management Team: clearly backed by a capable team, who demonstrate the skills and expertise to deliver a sustainable product to market.

Products and Services:  have a demonstrative advantage over competitors and will make a significant impact upon the target marketplace.

Market Desire: addressable market should be sizeable and clearly reachable within a sales and marketing strategy.

Commercialization: able to demonstrate a clear strategy for growth, path to commercialization and continuous development.
